Design Features: • The Optronics Tray Handler is a state-of-the-art device used to improve processing efficiency in the wholesale lab environment. The Tray Handler can be factory configured to function as an input device for automated edgers such as the 7EA or surface blocked lenses and laps. Each of these types of Tray Handlers can be used independently, together as a system, or in combination with standard lab conveyor systems.
• The Stacker (S20) can accomodate two stacks of ten and can be used independently to stack trays from an edger or a generator or conveyor system; for example, trays exiting an edger can be stacked until ready for edging (or any application where creating stacks of job trays needs to be done).
• The Destacker is available in two models: the D20, which can accomodate twenty trays (two stacks of ten), and the D50, which can accomodate fifty trays (up to five stacks of ten). The Destacker can be used independently as an input device for an edger or a generator; sending one tray at a time to an edger by lifting each tray from the bottom of the stack.
Additional Features Include: • One year parts and labor warranty.
• Installation and training included in purchase price.
