National Optronics takes pride in it's high quality of Customer Service. Our customer support team is available Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm to assist you in ordering parts and supplies for your equipment. Feel free to give them a call at (800) 247-9796 or if you prefer, you may email them directly or simply fill out and email the on-line parts order form.

David Murray - I am the Customer Service Manager for National Optronics and began working here in January 1995. Before that I spent 13 years as a Service Manager/Writer for the local BMW, Porsche and Audi dealership. Never did own one, although they were fun to drive. I have a wonderful wife Mary and 3 boys, Josh, Eric and Charlie. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and have road raced them for 7 years. When possible I can be found riding in the Blue Ridge Mountains on my Kawasaki Enduro. I have found the optical industry to be challenging and exciting and look forward to resolving any problems that may arise.

Sylvia Leathers - I was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Virginia at an early age. I have been happily married to my husband, Eddie, for 21 years. My hobbies include: talking on amateur radio, going to car shows, and listening to all kinds of music. I also enjoy walking my two Jack Russell Terriers and teaching my African Grey Parrot new phrases.

Jack Anderson - I was born and raised in Virginia. I have been here at National Optronics since May of 1997. Since the optical industry has welcomed me, I have had the opportunity to work with some exciting products and a fine group of people! In my spare time I enjoy sports, customized cars and trucks, traveling, and music of all types!

Bithiah Zirkle - I currently live and study in Charlottesville Virginia; my family is originally from New York. Passions include the arts, literature & music. My previous work experience has been in the management and administration for pharmaceutical research and sales. I’m the newest Customer Service member, and will be happy to help.
